New WIFI pod not working

Hi,

We have just been sent a WIFI pod, I plugged it in as per instruction and it seems to stay on flashing white light. Then it goes back to green and back to flashing white.

I have rebooted the router, I have also moved the WIFI pod nearer to the router still not working.

Can anyone advise what to do?

Just as an update (still not working) connected the device directly to the router (after rebooting again) and the virgin media connect app could see the pod and it seemed to be working.

So I then disconnected it from the router and it again doesn't work!

Any help very much appreciated.

The router is set as per it's original setup.. The router is in WIFI mode and the 2.4ghz and 5ghz are on the same SSID
