Had a new Hub 5 yesterday to so say solve connection issues. Was working last night, woke up this morning to no internet. Tried switching off and on, pin hole reset. Cables all ok. Can someone from virgin help please. I called customer services who want to send a third engineer on Friday. Not good enough.

You are lucky to get a technician that quick. You will not get a response from a VM staff member for 2 or 3 days. The primary interface for problems is the telephone.
