New Hub 3 - connection still garbage

Finally got these people to send out a tech and replace the router that had been broken since they mailed it out to me, 2 years ago.

It has made no difference.

Well, damn decent of you all to allow this post to appear, more than 24 hours after I actually posted it.

Any particular reason I am being so heavily screened?

As it stands, this service is unusable.  Utterly.

Just looking at the monitor will show you that.  Any attempt to stream content of any kind is a total non-starter, as the line is so screwed, nothing is getting through.  My Netflix, Amazon and GeForce NOW subs are all empty money, as I can use none of them

I'm going to drop the area field manager an email to see where we can take this from here / to advise on the next best step as you have already had a tech visit to replace the Hub. I'll be sure to keep you updated with any replies.
