New Custommer with Connection issues - Daily drop out with ' No Ranging Request T3 critical '

Getting pretty fed up as a new customer with constant drop outs and people not able to connect in the home.

Daily, I get drop outs and have to turn off wifi on my phone or computer and wait a minute and then back in as everything just stops working. I put up with it for a bit but have been a customer for a about 3 months and decided enough is enough.

Hub 3.0

I have rebooted the router several times.
Its got the intelligent wifi update
I had a speed boost given me also.
The coverage App tells me everything is great all over the house.

Not sure whats going on really ? Would appreciate any insight or help.

First of all thanks for your post and including the information we needed to ask 

I have had a quick look at Hub levels from here and it will need an engineer to come out 

I will send you a private message to pass security 

Then we can look at when is best to get an engineer booked out 

Just check the purple envelope top right of your screen
