Hi All,
After 10 months of waiting I've finally got a new cable installed!
Now ive gone from 700MB down to 400ish with the new cable. Ive been told that because the previous cable had a cut and water damage that the new cable power levels may be out. Could someone please let me know.

Could someone from VM please comment. Bad ping spikes now, buffering videos. Download and upload speed seem ok.

Thanks for your post, I am sorry you're having this issue with your broadband services recently.
I have had a look at your services on my side and can see there is an area outage, which is regarding an SNR issue.
This is due to be fixed - 12 JAN 2023 13:00 - but please be aware this is just an estimate, it could change depending on what the engineers find. However, I am sure they will be working incredibly hard to get this fixed as soon as possible for you.
I am sorry for any inconvenience or disruption this may be causing right now but we will be happy to offer you updates as and when you want them.

Thank you Megan that's helpful, i did see there was a local area issue on the website however since then it now doesn't report an issue.
Hopefully it is a local issue and is resolved soon, took a year to get a new cable in. Just want a stable service!!
If you could keep me updated that would be perfect.
