I jut signed up for a new account today for the £29 new starter bundle for tv, phone and wifi. I have set up my account online and just checked on my bundle and it says tv and phone but says I have not selected a broadband bundle although when I look on the engineer booking to install it says tv, phone and wifi. How do I get my account changed to include the 100mb wifi that comes in the bundle. Thank you.
Hi when I look on the first page it says - Broadband - Add broadband to my package. Then under My Package it reads as below it doesn't show broadband anywhere

Although I have an email saying:

So I'm not sure why it isn't showing on my virgin media account.
