New Account Not Showing Broadband

I jut signed up for a new account today for the £29 new starter bundle for tv, phone and wifi.  I have set up my account online and just checked on my bundle and it says tv and phone but says I have not selected a broadband bundle although when I look on the engineer booking to install it says tv, phone and wifi.  How do I get my account changed to include the 100mb wifi that comes in the bundle.  Thank you.

Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting.

 

If you selected our Big Bundle, broadband is included. When you log into your online Virgin Media account, does it not say Broadband on there? 

 

Also is this the same on our Virgin Media App on your phone?

Hi when I look on the first page it says  - Broadband  - Add broadband to my package.  Then under My Package it reads as below it doesn't show broadband anywhere

My Package
TV
Mixit TV
Phone
Talk Weekends

Although I have an email saying:

Quick recap of your new services and bundle price:
Your bundle includes the following services:
TV: Mixit TV - TiVo Monthly Fee
Broadband: M100 Fibre Broadband
Phone: Telephone Line Rental - Talk Weekends - Free Voicemail
Your standard monthly bundle price:
(from month 2 onwards)
£29.00*

So I'm not sure why it isn't showing on my virgin media account.

I've just checked the app and it says as you've just joined we cant show your package details at the moment it will appear here after your install so unfortunately can't check the app.
