Network keeps dropping

Hi,

Its been over a week now I am stuck with issue. I keep on getting technicians booked and again cancelled saying its area issue.Later I get text saying its fixed now. But I am still stuck with  this issue. Virgin Please fix my issue as soon as possible. I am not able to work and do anything while connection keeps dropping.

Sorry to hear you've been having some connection issues, I've had a look at things from our side, and it looks like you're currently affected by an area fault. 

The estimated fix date/ time for this is 07 JUN 2023 12:00 if you're still having problems after this date, please let us know.

I have the same problem - same errors in the log. I called and was told it was an area issue, but when I rang the area helpline number it said there was no area issue.

Hi,

I was told the problem is fixed but I am still getting network intermittent issue. Throughout day it has been doing the same. Can you get someone to look at this if its just my connection or the area issue?
