Network downtime

With this issue lasting more than 24 hours, can there be a rebate/refund for the time from the service outage to when it is completed?

 

As it went out Thursday evening and we are now into Saturday the issues page is showing that it will be until Tuesday until this matter is resolved. As internet media is now classed as a utility can a monetary compensation be implimented if it take 24 hours and no resolution in sight.

 

Also with the 3.0 hub not producing either 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz accordingly and the TV images lagging so much, I hope it is fixed prior to it's completion date.
