I have a connection issue with my sky q box which has started today which says it has connection to the router but not to the internet. The connection is via cable not WiFi. Other devices can connect to the internet without any problems I have rebooted the router and sky Q but this has not resolved the issue. Sky say it’s not their problem but has anyone else experienced this

This is affecting Q and Sky Glass services it seems.
On Q go to network settings and find the DNS settings and change to 1.1.1.1 and all should be okay.
Sadly the Glass set up doesn’t let youngest to the DNS settings.
