Network Log Errors......NEWB

Hi everyone

Could anyone help or give me any advice please....

I'm only a few weeks into my Virgin broadband experience and I seem to be having a lot of wireless and wired speed inconsistencies. The package i pay for is Vivid 350. I have tried a few things, even speaking to customer services, but they don't seem to know or help that much. I have noticed quite a lot of warning and critical messages on the network log. I will paste below. If anyone has any help or advice it would be very much appreciated. Thanks again

can you post the downstream and upstream stats

Of log out of hub and click on router status
