Network Error C233

We had  power surge I think with TV and lights going off and on - the TV had a message saying our network had an error C233. Everything went back to normal shortly after with my network settings coming up OK

Any answers?

Thanks for getting in touch

Error codes are displayed sometimes when there is an interruption to the network and a power surge would certainly do that.

If you have a V6 it requires a wireless or wired connection to the broadband to run all network connected systems so this would have displayed a code if the Hub you have with us rebooted during this surge if the power surge disconnected or interrupted the connection.

I'm glad everything went back to normal shortly after Smiley Very Happy
