Network Booster

Hi,

ive got the old booster that I purchased from VM with the twin antenna. Has anyone had any success connecting these to the VM app?

Welcome to our page.

 

Your old booster should work fine in connecting with your VM App. Are you having some issues with it? Remember to check that your Powerline adapters are plugged directly into wall sockets, not extension leads, surge protectors or any other devices.

I've got these too - Netgear PLW100s.  Very good they are too.   My advice is to steer clear of the VM App; they don't get these things right.

What's your reasoning?

If you load the app and press the "install booster" button, it says - it will only work with one of these we have sent you and shows a picture of the booster it will work with.

The billing system was originally coded not to ever accept the word "free" or "£0.00" 😜
