Hi when I connect to these with WiFi ,I quite often get buffering ,when I check my download speed I sometimes get as low as 1mb ,had broadband for about 3 months and WiFi is pretty poor,I think I'll have to connect with ethernet cable .

Ethernet is always better than WiFi but to be honest - if your device is close to the hub you shouldn't really get buffering on netflix..

CHecking with an ethernet cable will rule out it being a broadband problem but in the meantime:

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Hi it seems like my problem could be with the apps on my TV,which is slowing my WiFi ,Disney+ and netflix down, what I've done is login to netflix through my virgin media box and it is working fine ,and is not slowing my WiFi down,I don't think there is a Disney+ channel on virgin media is there?

Thanks for coming back to us @THOMMO7777 and that is correct that we dont have the Disney+ app available on our boxes at the moment.

Have you tried an ethernet connection to see if that can help you out?

Regards,

Steven_L

Yes I done that and it's sorted problem out,
