Need to book an engineer

Hi all,

I’m struggling to set up wifi - green wifi light in/power light flashing. I have done all the troubleshoots online but it still doesn’t work.

I need to talk to a human on this, the phone line is taking me in circles. I suspect I need to get a virgin wall socket - can anyone help?

You say you think you might need a VM wall socket, so what is the hub currently connected to, specifically the round coax cable?
