Need support but I Can't speak or text

I have MND and I can't speak or use a phone to text 

Email or via forum is best way to communicate, Is there a better way?

Every time I turn off the router it resets to default, I loose connection to everything until I reconfigure router again with my chosen password.

I've had to do this several times 

I have cctv which I've lost access to away from house. Because I've lost port forward details 

Any suggestions?

Hi Dean,

this should not happen when you power off the router. There is a fault with the router.

VM staff monitor this forum but take a week or so to reply. They should, hopefully, contact you and get a new router to you.

In the meantime (maybe this is obvious) avoid powering off the router if you can.
