Need second wifi pod

Hi tried calling for a second wifi pod but the agent couldn't get this ordered even went through the diagnostics.

 

The agent said to use the virgin media connect app which I have and recommends a pod which i cannot order from the app.

 

Please can i get help with this.

Sorry to see that you have been having issues with ordering the second WIFI pod. I can see from our system that you have spoken with the team since posting this. Were they able to help you with this?

Hi Nathan,

The issue is resolved, the pods made a big difference on the 4th,3rd and 2nd floor.

I will call the team for a 3rd pod so covers the first and lower ground floor of the house, which has wifi dead spots.
