Hi tried calling for a second wifi pod but the agent couldn't get this ordered even went through the diagnostics.
The agent said to use the virgin media connect app which I have and recommends a pod which i cannot order from the app.
Please can i get help with this.

Hi Nathan,
The issue is resolved, the pods made a big difference on the 4th,3rd and 2nd floor.
I will call the team for a 3rd pod so covers the first and lower ground floor of the house, which has wifi dead spots.
