Need longer coaxial cable

I want to move my hub and need a longer coaxial cable. It seems impossible to contact virgin media directly as none of the selectable options contain this. 

I don't remember my memorable word so can't get through on the phone either. 

People seem to have had success posting here so thought I'd try that. 

Can anyone help me book an engineer visit?

call again and when offered the option for.... "faults - press 2" ... press 2 and then nothing else until it asks for characters from your memorable word - I just use the digits from my password and it gets gets me straight through to an agent. Try that... if you have the password
