Need hub 3.0 replacing

Tuning in

Red light will not go off, I have switched off twice and left for 30+ minutes and have reset 3 times but the red light still remains. It has been solid for 5 days now, it's not in modem mode and worked fine until the red light appeared.

The hub is in the open but feels quite warm to touch. I am worried it will eventually fail due to the temperature.
