No WIFI AGAIN
HUB 4 is on - displaying solid white light
all connections are secure and double checked
no ability to reset box as pressing pin does nothing and turning it off and on (leaving it for varying times) does nothing.
what am I ment to do/who do I contact as I work from home and need WIFI back A.S.A.P as I am working tomorrow.

to reset the hub leave the hub switched on.
push the pin into the hole for atleast 30 seconds
do not turn the hub off, the hub will restart and setup its self.
Check with area faults 0800 561 0061
Check with website https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status

Tried all to of this and no luck .. our wifi router won’t even show up on any devices …

Ask for a new hub that may have the same problem at some point.
Or fix it for good and get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode.
