My laptop won’t connect to hub 5

I’ve been upgraded recently to a hub 5 as soon as I set it up my laptop wouldn’t connect to it, it was saying about it has no internet connect or like it said about dns server not responding, my laptop isn’t too old it’s 2 years old

See if there are any updates for the wireless drivers for the laptop.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with connecting your laptop to your broadband connection!

Have you tried to reboot both the Hub and the Laptop to see if this can help with the connection?

Are you having issues connecting any other devices? 

Please ensure that your laptop software is up to date as well, as this could be causing issues.
