My cctv needs a 240ghz connection, how do I get that, thanks

Can't connect to my cctv because it needs a 240ghz band and not 5g,is there a way to have both and would it affect my Internet speeds for other devices, thanks

Login to the hub and rename name the SSID so you have tow bands.

As legacy1 says for Hub3'/4's - but what Hub model is it (on the base sticker) - if its the original Superhub1, then, no they can only broadcast on one frequency at once. If that's the case - call it in and say you want a newer Hub as its not fit for purpose.
