My broadband is down in SO52 9HQ; service status says no local fault, but the Hub 3 only has green lights on it and no matter how many times I check the connections are good and perform resets of the hub the issue remains.
Can anyone at VM check all is ok? It feels like there is a fault but no-one will answer me when I try to contact customer services

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150
If no faults found:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
