My WiFi on the Underground (TfL) not working at all stations

I have a virgin contract on an iPhone 8 and my WiFi won’t work at all the stations. It will connect at the first station I get to and will only then reconnect every 3 to 4 stations after that (E.g if I connect at Tottenham Court Road I cant reconnect until bank). If I try and connect at the stations in between the stations that it actually works it will ask me to sign in again and when I try to sign in it gives me an error message saying “sorry we’ve encountered an error and you have not been signed in”. I’ve tried forgetting the network but that doesn’t work. Why won’t it work at all the stations, I never had this problem before but this has now been happening for a few months now.

Very sorry to hear you are having issues with this WiFi connection.

Are you trying to connect to these through the connect app?

When this started happening, did you make any changes to the handset or SIM you are using?
