Hi guys, my router has gone down with the base light flashing therefore no internet,tv or telephone. Logged issue with Virgin yesterday (6 dec) and been told first available engineer is Monday. My gripe with this is my 88 year old father in law who has medical issues lives with us and we now have no emergency phone contact whilst we are out. Is there a complaints procedure I can go through? Thanks
The router and phone are not on the same connection - are you sure the phone is down as well ?
