My Hub light is constaly orange!

My Internet has been poor for weeks now, complained to Virgin and they said nothing is wrong with my Internet. Can anyone help with my issue as Virgin don't seem to want to help just take my money instead.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you are still facing connection issues even though we are unable to see any faults our end, I have also had a look and cannot see any issues at all.

What issues are you facing, is it happening all the time, is it effecting WIFI or does it happen on Wired connections too?
