Multiple devices not in the house shown as connected to my router

My Virgin Hub 3.0 is showing 18 devices connected wirelessly to the hub, but at least 6 of them belong to people who aren't in the house.

I'd be grateful if someone would advise me on the reasons for this and how I can remove them from their active status.  Are they active or does the Hub just show everyone who's ever connected to my home wifi?

Also there's a number of devices with only their MAC addressed being shown - is there any way I can identify the devices from the Hub or do I have to physically inspect the device or access the device settings to identify its MAC address?

Thanks for your help.

Rebooting the Hub should refresh the Hub's wireless association table and remove devices that are not currently connected to the Hub.

You can identify the device manufacturer from the device's MAC address using MacVendor.
