Moving router

Hi there,

 

I am moving the location of my router and need a longer cable. Can I book an engineer to do this? Also I have tried phoning for the WiFi pods, four times, as I am gig1 fibre I am still waiting. I keep getting told they are being sent out but never receive them. Any help will be much appreciated.

Its a standard £25 fee for a non fault call out.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I can arrange for a technician visit to relocate your router but as Adduxi said there is a £25 call out charge, would you like to start the process? Please let me know and I can send over a private message.
