Hi, we’re having some building word done and as part of this want to get our virgin equipment relocated. Understand we need to book a chargeable engineer appointment for this; can you please advise how to do so?

You can either call in on the usual number (150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone), or wait here for forum staff to respond.
The charge is £25 for non-fault callouts.
