Moving house - house number not in postcode checker

Hello,

I' have moved in to a new property; though the house number is added in Council, Royal mail; it is not appearing in VM postcode checker. I have managed to enter through manual ways ' address not shown in the list' a few times and submitted the request a few times, no response from VM. I have also contacted the sales team and the answer is no. VM service is definitely available in the nearby houses and i would live to avail high speed broadband. 

Please assist.
