Moving Virgin Media router to another location

Im looking to move the box (ehere the cables connect from outside of the house) & the router to a different location in the house

 

i dont mind paying the fee if they can do this

Yes - standard procedure for VM - will cost £25 - call in the usual way to get a Tech visit to do this

If your need is urgent, then phone VM.

If not, wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and arrange with you.
