Hi,
We would like to move our virgin router to another room due to a change around in bedrooms.
Could anyone tell me what would be the quickest and easiest way of booking an engineer to come out and do this for us please?
Also does anyone know what the current charge is to do this?

The cost will be £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
