Moved house, now i have terrible wifi

I just moved house and plugged in the computer to see unusuable internet. The signal here is poor. i use to have a wifi pod active however it is no longer working and not part of my contract.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) and see if everything iis activated onto your account at the new address – you will need the serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number
