I want to change my lounge around, but need my incoming connectors moved.
I called virgin and they said an engineer would come, but I have no bookings or appts on the app. How can I get a response? It took me 45 mins to get through before!

Did they give you an appointment time & confirm the £25 charge for non-fault bookings?
If either of these is a "no", then you can safely assume it's not been booked.

He did confirm the charge but said I would get a text with the appt time. He had a very strong accent and I struggled to understand what he was saying. I’ll try again today.
