Hi,
Moved into a new house and wondering what is the best method of contacting Virgin Media about moving the connection box?
The incoming line ducting is also very close to ground level on our driveway, so that could do with being re-buried before the car crushes it.

You can request a non-fault tech callout which covers all parts & labour, at a flat price of £25
Either call in on the usual number (150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone) or wait here a few days for staff to respond.
