For a Hub 3 the menu navigation is :

Admin >>> Change password       ( this is the Hub's Admin password )

The Hub should have asked you to set the password the first time you use it.  The initial admin password is usually printed on the base of the Hub.  Note there are two passwords, one for wifi and one admin.

The settings (admin) page is 192.168.0.1

Thanks for your query regarding your modem password, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

The password for the both the Hub settings and Wireless network can be changed by logging into the Hub via a browser at 192.168.0.1 and using the settings password located on the base or back of the hub.
