Missing WiFi pods from order

I was told I would be sent 3 WiFi pods as part of my upgrade but these seem to be missing from my order confirmation

I'm sorry to hear that you hadn't received your WiFi Pods with your upgrade. gary_dexter is right  - the pods are something which you do need to request if you find that you have WiFi blackspots around the home.
