Microsoft Teams issues with outgoing calls and screen share

We have a 200Mb Virgin Media Broadband with the HITRON Router in our office. We are having trouble with Microsoft Teams. We can receive VoIP calls and screen sharing sessions. But when calling another user out from the office the call fails. We also have difficulty sharing our screens with someone outside the office.
We've tried rebooting the router several times to no avail. Any suggestions?
Having said that there are a few VMB customers who frequent the forum and may be able to help based on their experiences with the VMB service.
Disclaimer - I don't work for Virgin Media. I'm just another VM user trying to help out. My setup: V6 TV box, Vivid 200 Optical fibre with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
