Massive Latency spikes

Hello, 

I'm currently having issues with my latency, it been going on for almost 3 weeks and it's becoming a nuisance, I've been in contact with virgin media before about this issue and they said there is nothing wrong.

Here is a picture of my BQM graph which has been recording since March 8th 2021

Hi, 

Yes ill keep monitoring my network and ill get back to you if the latency keeps spiking up

Hi,

After doing the pinhole Reset on my router, I've just checked my router settings and on the downstream, it comes up with Post RS Errors and on the upstream, it come up with 1 T3 Timeout in channel 1. Would this mean there is noise in my network?

I've taken a look at your account and I'm afraid no notes were left regarding the outcome of the appointment, however your hub specs all appear to be looking normal now which is a good sign.

 

How have things been since the visit? Do you have a link to your live BQM still so I can take a look?

Hi Jordan,

 

Thanks for the BQM link - however I'm not sure whether it is still running as I seem to get an error when I try to view it.

 

How have things been over the weekend? Have you noticed any blips at all or has it been plain sailing since Friday?

Hi,

Yeah, it been fine over the weekend, had a few blips late at night but only lasted for about 10 - 15 mins, the BQM graph still shows a lot of latency spikes but apart from that, it's been good.
