Manually set wireless channels for individual devices

Hello - I have recently installed two Netgear range extenders (of the same model number, AC1200) and I believe they are interfering with one another, as I'm getting near incessant network dropouts that quickly fix themselves.

In the Hub settings is it possible to set specific wireless channels for them on 5Ghz so that this does not occur?

If not, do I have any other options?

Hey there @evh5150ni, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the wireless connections to your Netgear extenders.
We don't advise to change the settings on the Hub, however, if you wish to modify any of the wireless settings this can be done on the hub manager.

This is done by typing "19.2.168.0.1" in to the URL bar on a web page.
