Mac Filtering

I’ve been having a lot of issues with mine and my partners phone being blocked on my home wifi. Is there a way that they are automatically being blocked and if so how do I stop this? Or is someone in the household purposely blocking them? Thanks in advance.

Re: Mac Filtering

What is making you think it is blocked?

Is MAC filtering enabled and set up in the hub interface? (192.168.0.1)

Re: Mac Filtering

Yeah, every couple of days I have to go log onto the hub and remove my phone from the Mac filtering list. But today for example I’ve logged in 4 times and filtering has been enabled but it only ever seems to be on my devices

Re: Mac Filtering

If you've not set it - Change your Hub admin password as there are 2 scenarios that could be at play

1. There is a hub fault
2. Someone knows your hub admin password and is making mischief!

Choose a password that is secure and not short!
