Hello
I’m struggling with connections on some items. I have 13 devices connected and each one says low signal strength. I already have a WiFi extender but doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas on what I need to try.

Thank you for your reply, I am sorry you are having issues. I have checked our systems and can see you have not rebooted in 33 days, if you could do a pin hole reset to see if this improves things?

Thanks Zoie for your reply. I did that yesterday and then have checked the Graph again to see if that makes and difference

The graph doesn't show anything alarming, how has your connection been since your last reply? Have you noticed any improvement at all?
