Low power levels? connection is a bit slow and sometimes disconnect

I'm usually on the WiFi and most of time i feel its a lot slower than it usually is, even my kids sometimes come up to me saying that the internet is playing up when they're on the playstation. I've already tried reseting the hub I see in RS errors that 1 or 2 boxes there is an incredible amount of errors i dont know if thats normal, i posted below my results for anyone to check if thats normal or not

Upstream is too high and SNR out of spec for 1 or possibly 2 downstream.  Whilst you should double check the connection to the Hub is tight you'll need an engineer visit. You can wait for VM to pick up on here which can take a few days or ring in the fault

Re: Low power levels? connection is a bit slow and sometimes disconnect

It will take a few days for a VM staff member to get to your post and then they will only do what the call takers would. It might be frustrating to phone, but it’s usually quicker.

Re: Low power levels? connection is a bit slow and sometimes disconnect

Hi Adeeb1975
What I will need to do is arrange for an engineer to attend
First of all we need to pass security by means of a private message
Can you check the purple envelope top right of your screen
