How are you testing? Max wifi is about 550 mb and ethernet about 950 mb.
Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.
Test at www.samknows.com/realspeed with a Cat 6a cable directly connected to the Hub with a gigabit capable device. What speed is showing to the Hub?

Hi Skyline9850,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back to our community, sorry to see you aren't getting your expected speeds since your upgrade to 1GB, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues at all, have you tried putting your Hub in Modem Mode then running a check Via Sam Knows, try using a Cat 6 or above Ethernet cable and make sure the device you are using has a Gigabit network card.
Regards
Paul.
