Low Bandwidth

We are experiencing frequent broadband outages and "low bandwidth" pop ups when streaming shows on our tv. Also, our Hub 3 frequently drops signal and reboots. 

Hard wiring (Ethernet) directly into the television did not improve signal.

Sorry for the connection problems. I can see the usage in your area is creeping up during peak time hours so I'm going to have this investigated. I'll get back to you when I've got new info.

The bandwidth issues happen during the day as well as during peak hours at night. It is effecting my ability to utilize the internet. As me and my husband work from home, often on video conference calls, it is integral our connection remains consistent. 

I would appreciate an update.

We've investigated further and right now the traffic isn't quite exceeding thresholds to be raised as an area fault. As half term is coming up, the usage will likely increase so we might be in a different situation in a few days. 

I'll keep monitoring this for you.
