Since yesterday our hub will only provide broadband when it is hard wired. There is no wifi at all for any devices. We have tried a reboot but with no luck. The blue wifi light is flashing and there is just one static yellow light instead of the two flashing yellow lights that are normally there.Any suggestions please? Thank you
Well did another reset and that seems to have cured it for now. Sad lack of help from virgin on the matter I have to say
That's odd - the first thing they always say is "restart the Hub"
