Lost MDD Timeout & RCS Partial Service

I have had intermittent issues with my internet. When I look at the network log I can see a lot of RCS Partial Service warnings and some lost MDD Timeout warnings. What does this mean and what can I do?

Not sure if this is relevant but the brown Virgin Media box which is on the outside of my house (my garage) is damaged and I'm worried that it's not in a good location since it is below a garden tap so it should probably be moved.

Anyone able to advise? Or should I get an engineer called out? If so, how?

P.S. I moved to this house recently and so I didn't get it put there in the first place!

Please post you up/downstream stats and network log. To get the omnibox moved will cost £25, Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150 or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi @eamonnburbidge

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

My apologies for the broadband issue. From checking the system there does appear to be the need for a tech visit as a few of the levels are out of spec.

Tudor has advised correctly that the call out fee is £25 for the omni box move.

I'll send you a PM now to get a tech booked in for the levels.

Best,
