Lost Internet connection

Since yesterday afternoon my Internet has been down. Tried rebooting the hub 3-4 times, each time it seems to connect ok then I lose it again.

Re: Lost Internet connection

Hi there Cain1981,

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

My apologies you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.

From checking your connection, there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault reported in your area which is causing intermittent connection. The reference number is F005170149 and has a review date of 23rd March.

If you are still having an issue after the fault has been closed, let us know and we can check it over.

Regards

Sam

Re: Lost Internet connection

Hi, about 20 minutes ago I lost internet.  Hub rebooted but still booting.

No connection still

checked status page for my area and it shows no faults.

Any my ideas Please?

No internet, try unplug and wait 10 seconds for the miracle to happen!

Re: Lost Internet connection

Hi davef1uk,

Thanks for posting! I'm really sorry that you're having a fault with your Broadband service.

I've taken a look at your account and ran some diagnostics on your equipment. Everything looks good at the moment so i'm hoping this means your broadband is working for you now?

If you are still having any issues with the connection, let me know.

Take care

Rebecca
