That's what a network log commonly looks like - what matters is both the errors that crop up, the combination of errors, and the frequency. I don't see anything in your log that would indicate a particular problem, but in any event the hub's status data shows only the quality of the cable connection, and wouldn't show anything related to wifi performance.
If you're 100% sure that the 2.4 GHz signal is not visible to devices, login to the hub and check that it hasn't been turned off, or the name changed, both of which can sometimes occur due to faults in the hub's firmware. If that doesn't identify the problem, try doing a reset of the hub. If after that there's clearly no 2.4 GHz signal when setting indicate there should be, then it will probably be a hardware fault with the hub's 2.4 GHz wireless chip, and you'd need a replacement hub.

I checked the hub, it’s says 2.4ghz is transmitted but not visible ( all devices previously on it have dropped off).

Not sure if I have reset router, no message when completed, Seems 2.4 has lost its individual ssid , how do I restore?

Follow the instructions again in the link that Andrew-G sent, but remove any ethernet cables from the hub and press the pinhole reset button for a full minute.
The hub is temperamental and the 10 second reset seldom works.

Still random plummet in connection speed , sometimes zero which occasionally throws off some devices .
