Loss of Internet connection

My hub was change for a new one a few months ago when I was experiencing intermittent loss of internet. They sent several technicians not being able to find any fault and then they discover a problem in the area which they fixed less than a month ago. Today after a couple of weeks working fine, I'm having the same issue, every half an hour my router suddenly restarts and I loose internet and WiFi. I tried every trouble shooting option they give and I called and waited the line for 30 min without answer....

Really starting to get sick of problematic and expensive non existent internet...

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.

 

From checking your line, the Modem SNR is running low at 31 dB and for this I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to check this over. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
